📦 Shipping Services
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which includes tracking and delivery confirmation. You'll receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
🌍 International Orders
We also ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary by destination, and customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer's responsibility.
⏱️ Processing Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days after purchase. Custom or made-to-order items may take slightly longer — this will be noted in the product description.

Orders placed after 3 p.m. (UK time) will be processed the following business day.

Returns

We hope you'll love your handmade item, but if you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at inchyartpld@gmail.com.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and securely packaged.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
💥 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We'll gladly offer a replacement (if stock is available) or a full refund, including shipping costs.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
🎁 Exclusions
- Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned or refunded.
- Workshop bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date (if available).
