We carefully package every InchyArt piece to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. All ceramics are securely wrapped and eco-consciously packaged to protect your items in transit.

UK Shipping: All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which includes tracking and delivery confirmation. You'll receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

International Orders: We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary by destination, and any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Processing Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days after purchase. Custom or made-to-order items may take slightly longer — this will be noted in the product description.

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 3 p.m. (UK time) will be processed the following business day. We currently do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

We hope you'll love your handmade item, but if you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at inchyartpld@gmail.com. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and securely packaged. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We'll gladly offer a replacement (if stock is available) or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Refunds: Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.

Exclusions: Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned or refunded. Workshop bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date, if available.

Please note that slight variations in glaze colour, texture and dimensions are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects — these nuances are what make each piece unique.

Your privacy is paramount. We collect personal information (name, email, shipping address) solely for the purpose of processing your order and facilitating communication regarding your purchases or workshop inquiries.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties, except for trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help a website function and understand how it's used. We keep our use of them to a minimum.

Essential cookies: required for the site to work — remembering the contents of your shopping bag and keeping your session secure during checkout. These are always active and cannot be switched off.
